I.THE 2014 ANNUAL CONFERENCE REVIEW OF CHINA CIVIL PROCEDURE LAW RESEARCH INSTITUTE On November 22 and 23,2014 the 2014,Annual Conference of China’s Civil Procedure Law Research Institute and the Seminar for the Applicable Theory and Practice of the Newly Revised Civil Procedure Law,was held in Chengdu by China’s Civil Procedure Law Research Institute as the sponsor and Sichuan Higher People’s Court as the undertaker.
